Due to the unfortunate outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we at Thompson-Reinsel find ourselves, like many other businesses today, at the crossroads of trying to figure out viable options for continuing providing you with mental health services. 

 

You have entrusted us with your therapeutic needs, and it has been and continues to be our esteemed privilege and joy to serve you. The local, state, and federal governments have all taken strides to implement conditions purportedly to help keep us all safe. However, prior to CDC’s and other officials’ recommendations, we at Thompson-Reinsel were proactively practicing sanitization to keep our space clean and safe for all our clients.

 

But as mentioned above, we want to hear from you as we attempt to navigate our way through this pandemic storm, as to whether you are willing to continue with Thompson-Reinsel by participating in Tele-Behavioral Health as a viable option for your continued therapeutic care. We are truly looking forward to a return to at least a semblance of normalcy, with a renewed and determined commitment to provide you with even greater therapeutic care for as long as you choose to need us.

During this time of uncertainty there arises many potentially unforeseen challenges that can take an emotional toll on virtually everyone. Please know we here at Thompson-Reinsel have not and indeed will not abandon you. Our commitment to you is unwavering; our goal remains the same, to assist you in navigating your way through all emotional distressful turbulences so that you can arrive safely on the other side. 

 

We want you to know that this current method of service delivery is temporary. However, for those of you who welcome the option, even after the crisis has passed, to continue to engage via this virtual contact, it will continue to be available. We are not abandoning in-person treatment, we just want you to know that we are trying to provide an option for continued care during this time. Thank you for your continued trust and support.
